This is an agreement between PT. JGM International Comtech., JGMMeetQuest (“jgmmeetquest.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (together with jgmmeetquest.com, the “Parties” and each a “Party”.

By using any JGM-MeetQuest.com service, whether through www.jgm-meetquest.com or any associated website within the JGM-MeetQuest.com, API, or mobile application, you agree that you read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein (the “User Agreement”), as well as JGM-MeetQuest.com Privacy Policy available at www.jgm-metquest.com/legal, Cookie Policy, available at www.jgmmeetquest.com/cookies, API Agreement, available at www.jgmmeetquest.com/legal/api-terms and Trading Principles, located at our www.jgmmeetquest.com/Questm4rium.

JGM MeetQuest is a secured social media with Affiliate Direct Referral Fee. It is a subsidiary of PT. JGM International Trade Inc. It is a fully KYC registration platform with subscription and once approved, through the Services, we provide you with products through Questm4rium, applications, content, tools and features (“JGM MeetQuest Materials”) which allow you to design, build your store and manage your digital community quests (“Questers Arena”) on Web, IOS and Android.

JGM MeetQuest has different categories; namely: Copper (Individual), Silver (Romance/Dating), Gold (Artists & Influencers), Platinum (Business) and Platinum VIP (All Portals access and Metaverse – Not available yet).

You may upload and post content via the Services (including to Community/Questers Arena) such as your name, biographic or business details,pictures but maintain the anonymity, videos, reviews and comments (“Content”)for your Quest.

Each Community/category has its own set of terms and conditions (“Community/Category Terms”). Before using another user’s Community, you must read and comply with the Community Terms that apply to that Community.

We do not create or manage Quests, but provide you with the products, applications, tools and features to create them. While we try to ensure that all users act in a respectful and inclusive way, we can’t control other users or their Communities. We aren’t and won’t be a party to any Community Terms

We may include third party software components that are generally available through the Questm4rium store brought by the merchants’ subscribers with charge under licenses granting recipients’ broad rights to copy, modify, and distribute these components. Although the Services are provided to you subject to these Terms, nothing in these Terms will prevent or restrict you from obtaining these Source Components under the applicable third party licenses or to limit your use of these Open Source Components under those licenses.
